Sassy Scrapper August Challenge

It's a little different this month at Sassy Scrapper, we have a recipe challenge.

I used my mists as water colour on the chipboard title, over some whipped spackle, and some splatz on the background. I used thickers that were a jade green but painted them yellow to suit my layout.

I have used some enamel dots on the background as well.
