 I had to flip the title to make it work for me. I had fun with this one.

I have used a background technique that Natalie May demoed recently it is great. You use masking tape. I have done this project in my art journal.

I am addicted to Smith's chicken chips, have been all my life.

I really, really need an intervention. LOL

I had to go get a packet, eat them all of cause, and shrink the packet in the oven for this.

Lindy's Stamp Gang February Colour Challenge

This is the colour board for February over at

I have chosen a photo of my daughters BFF who is fighting cancer at the moment. I am doing a scrapbook for her, and keeping it real.

This is the day her hair started falling out. 

I started by using the Starburst spray in Frozen Jack Frost

over a heart design template.

I then poured some Starburst Bougainvillea Fushia into the centre of the background and spread it out with an old shop card.

I did the same step with the Starburst Pretty in Pink Pink.

I covered to two chipboard frames with Hyacinth Blue Jade embossing powder and heat set.

On the heart I used the Razzleberry Plum on the floral flourish and for the rest of the heart I used Cosmic Pink Blue embossing powders.

I splatted some flat fabio Caribbean Blue and Toto's Tornado Black paint onto the background.

Lastly I coloured the title with the Starburst Pretty in pink pink.

I got a really retro feel with these colours so I scrapped in a retro style of mine clean and simple. Which I haven't done for a while.

The photo's were from a retro night too so It all went together well for me.

Green is my absolute favourite colour.

Nature puts green with everything and so do I.

Here is my take on this awesome board. My beautiful niece is in the grip of Anorexia I wish I could fight the fight for her but I can't. I can only give her my love and support and strong advice when I think she needs to be pushed a little. Lots and Lots of cuddles and kisses too.
