Sentimental embellishments
I bought my Husband a watch for our first wedding anniversary nearly 27 years ago now. I picked it myself went and had the back engraved "All my Love Tracey" 22.3.87. Well I could tell by the look on his face when he opened it that he didn't like it and of cause I couldn't exchange it as I had it engraved. So that was my lesson to never ever ever buy him a surprise. He nick named the watch BIG BEN and because I had bought a really good one, he couldn't kill it with a stick. It did eventually die about two years ago and my gorgeous friend Jo Kinder suggested I scrap it. It has taken me a while and I have stepped out of my comfort zone with this layout and tried to channel the very talented artist Finnabair. http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/294341.html
Here is my attempt at a mixed media layout.
I have constructed it on a 12 x 12 piece of chipboard so as it could take the colour sprays and the weight of all the metal pieces.

January challenge White with one
My sister got a new under water camera for xmas (2010).
That is how long it has taken me to scrap these photos.
The January Challenge lead me back to them.
The kids had a ball with the camera and I got some great photos to scrap.
January Challenge Kraft it Up
This was the page I needed to complement, not a true double but still look like they go together. The after op photo's had been sitting around for a while (august 2012) waiting for me to come up with something.
The January Kraft it up Challenge suited it to a tee. I am glad I can check off another job done.

Kraft it up December challenge
I couldn't resist doing a cheeky Xmas wish when I came across these photos of my beautiful nieces.
They unfortunately can't sing. But fun was had by all with the "Sing Star".

Scrap the Boys December Challenge
The Challenge was to use Christmas themed photo's but with non traditional colours.
It is amazing what you find when you clean up your stash these felt pieces have been hiding in a pizza box for God knows how long.
Of course I have added some of my favourite chipboard from Twiddleybitz to finish it off.
